Your email address is shared with:

• Brevo (Sendinblue): Email delivery service. Data stored in France (EU). GDPR compliant.
• Vercel: Hosting provider. Configured to EU region (Frankfurt, Germany). Processes request data to serve the website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

4. International Transfers

All personal data is stored and processed within the EU. Our hosting (Vercel, Frankfurt region) and email provider (Brevo, France) are EU-based. No transfers to third countries occur.

5. Data Retention

Email addresses are retained for as long as your newsletter subscription is active. Upon unsubscription, your email address is deleted within 30 days. Analytics data collected by Plausible is anonymised and aggregated — no individual retention period applies.

• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

• Right not to be subject to automated decisions: We do not make automated individual decisions that produce legal effects.
• Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
